Successful Project Management is about delivering cost effective solutions for the client that achieve their core objectives, delivered on-time and within budget. Our competent and experienced Project Managers will direct and manage both construction and installation teams to ensure that competitive solutions are implemented.

 

At PPS we can accommodate all project scopes whether large or small, including multi-site rollout programmes.

 

•We tender for the project management of capital schemes including retail store openings, extensions

 and remodels. Also covered are Commercial projects across all core sectors.

 

•Attend client meeting in-house or on-site to determine scope and obtain existing / proposed drawings.

 

•Carry out detailed site survey of existing buildings, layout and fixtures.

 

•Provide draft programme for procurement and installation

 

•Provide detailed scope of works across all disciplines. Cost Plan production for the client, including core equipment call off and labour scheduling / costs.

 

•Finalise detailed programme of works allowing for long lead equipment procurement and phased programme of installation

 

•Appoint all necessary trades to comply with the clients brief.

 

•Produce Health & Safety documentation and complete site information packs.

 

•Carry out on-site Project Management of all works and management of the various trades associated to the scheme programme.

 

•Ensure all works meet the standards expected of the client and complete any snagging before final sign-off.

 

•Site clearance after completion and agreed site sign off by client.
